At Daily Win Rewards, we respect your right to control your personal data. In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy, any registered user can easily request the permanent deletion of their profile, gameplay history, and associated personal information.
📋 Steps to Request Data Deletion:
- Send an email to our dedicated data privacy team at:
[email protected] - Use the Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Daily Win Rewards"
- In the body of the email, clearly mention:
- Your Registered Mobile Number
- Your Full Name used in the app
- Our support team will verify and wipe your data from our servers within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
🗑️ Types of Data Deleted:
- Personal Information: Full Name, Registered Mobile Number, Email Address.
- Gameplay & Score Data: Daily quiz points earned, streak records, spin history, and leaderboard rankings.
- Device Diagnostics: Anonymous device ID and IP log associations.
⏳ Data Retention Period:
Once an account deletion request is processed, all data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our active SQLite/MySQL production databases. We do not retain any user personal data after completion.
